Autumn Harvest Festival

Craft Vendor Registration Form

 

Crafts will be located on Main Street in Marlinton, West Virginia.

 

Setup will be from 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m on Saturday morning.

 

Show will be from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

 

Please bring your own table and chairs.

 

Booth spaces are 12’ x 12’.

 

Registration is $45.00 per spot. Registration is on a first-come first-served basis. Spaces are limited.

 

Forms will be dated when received. There are approximately 70 total spaces for food and crafters.

We ask that you don’t sell items with any reference to “RoadKill Cook-off” (i.e. hats, t-shirts, etc.).

 

Please send form and $45.00 check made out to Pocahontas County Chamber of Commerce and mail to the Pocahontas County CVB, 708 2nd Avenue, Marlinton, WV 24954. You will receive a confirmation letter with more information. If you do not receive a letter within three weeks, please call 1-800-336-7009.
